| Copier Program Glenn participates in a NASA-wide contract that offers Lanier copiers. Units are strategically placed around the Center based on the service requirements determined for each location (e.g., volume, finishing features, networking). All convenience copiers used at the Center must be procured through this contract. Procurement will not process requests for copiers that are not generated in this way. |

| Copier Requests–New, Move, Remove Convenience copiers are provided at no charge to Glenn users and are multifunctional digital units that can be configured as printers and/or scanners. New requests for copiers, requests to move or remove a copier, or requests for networking a copier should be directed to Dennis.V.Dubyk@nasa.gov at 216–433–5805. |

| Service for Copiers Service can be requested by contacting Lanier Copier Support at 1-800-432-9787. Have the serial number of the copier handy (located on the front of the copier) and be prepared to describe the problem. |
